Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                    
NO. 517(JUD) "An Act relating to innocent misrepresentations by                
agents in real property transfers."  Without objection, it was so
